FAQ / BEFORE THE FIRST BRIEF
Good questions

Everything you need to know before sending your first project brief. If the answer is not here, send the question directly.
This FAQ keeps it simple:
you do not need everything ready.
01Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Samples are charged and may be standard samples or custom samples made with your artwork. Typical factory production is 5–7 business days for acrylic, stickers and rhinestone transfers, and 7–12 business days for sewn or woven bags. Review, shipping and customs time are separate. Sample charges are not automatically credited to a future order unless your quotation says so.

MOQ varies by product and process and is shown on the product page or quotation. Many acrylic products and paid samples can begin at one piece, while stickers, sewn goods and other batch processes may require a higher quantity.
Read the related policy →03When does production begin?
Orders designed in our editor, and designs approved in our review, start when the factory begins them after payment; there is no separate proof, and the amount held at checkout is charged at that moment, at the latest 3 days after you pay. Bulk and OEM orders agreed by email start once payment arrives and any formal proof is approved. Weekends, holidays, shipping and customs are not included in production estimates.
Read the related policy →04Can I change or cancel an order?
An unpaid order can be cancelled from its order page. A paid order from the editor or an approved design cannot be changed or cancelled, because production starts from the design you paid for; if something is wrong with your files, write to us straight away. Bulk and OEM orders agreed by email can be changed before you approve any formal proof and cancelled before you pay. Exact repeat orders cannot be cancelled after payment.
Read the related policy →05Is the online preview the production proof?
For orders designed in our editor, yes: we make what the editor preview and checkout show, after the editor's automatic checks; there is no separate proof. Products we review before you order are confirmed in that review, with no further proof. Bulk and OEM orders agreed by email get a formal proof where the order needs one.

AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, CDR and transparent PNG are preferred. JPG or JPEG references may be usable at sufficient resolution, and engineering projects may use DWG, STEP or STP by agreement. Prepare print artwork in CMYK at 300 DPI where possible and name every design and quantity clearly.
Read the related policy →07Can you match an exact color?
CMYK print, screens, materials and production batches can differ slightly, so a 100% exact match is not possible. Pantone matching is available only for products and processes that support it and must be confirmed in the quotation. For color-critical work, approve a physical sample; that sample becomes the primary color reference.
Read the related policy →08How long does production take?
Acrylic products: 7–12 business days after payment. Stickers: 7–12 business days after payment. Rhinestone transfers: 7–15 business days after payment. Sewn or woven bags: 12–20 business days after payment. For bulk and OEM orders with a formal proof, the same days count from the day after you approve it. Product pages and written quotations may state a different timeline.
Read the related policy →09Do you offer rush production?
Rush production may be available for eligible products depending on complexity, quantity and factory capacity. It requires written confirmation and may carry an additional fee. Rush production does not skip a formal proof where the order needs one, and it does not shorten shipping or customs time.

Orders designed in our editor and designs approved in review are paid at checkout through PayPal: PayPal balance, a debit or credit card (no PayPal account needed) or Pay Later, charged in US dollars. The amount is held when you pay and charged when production starts, at the latest 3 days later; if we cannot make the order, the hold is released and nothing is charged. Bulk and OEM orders agreed by email are set up in your account and can also be paid by bank or cross-border transfer to the account shown on the order page or pro forma invoice: the remitting and intermediary banks' fees are the customer's, so select “OUR” for SWIFT transfers where available, and include the buyer name, invoice number and product in the memo. Glintmade adds no payment surcharge. Verify any apparent change to payment details through info@glintmade.com before transferring funds.
Read the related policy →11Is shipping duties-paid (DDP)?
Yes. We ship Delivered Duty Paid to 68 countries and regions, every destination you can choose at checkout: the shipping price includes freight, import duties, taxes and customs clearance, so the recipient should not be asked to pay import charges on delivery. Other destinations are quoted individually.
Read the related policy →12What happens if a parcel is lost?
Contact us if tracking stops updating. If the carrier confirms a loss or carrier-caused return, or tracking has no update for 30 consecutive days, you may choose free reshipment or a refund for the affected goods and corresponding shipping charge. Customer-caused delivery failures are not covered.
Read the related policy →13What if the products are wrong, damaged or defective?
Report any quality issue, including visible defects, wrong items, shortages, transit damage and latent manufacturing defects, within 30 calendar days after delivery. Send the order number, the unboxing video and clear photos. For an approved claim, choose free remanufacture with suitable reshipping or a refund for the affected scope.
Read the related policy →14Can I place an exact repeat order?
Yes. Reorder a saved design from your account, or reference the previous Glintmade order. An exact repeat goes straight to production after payment. Any change to artwork, size, material, process, accessory or packaging makes it a new design, checked again before production.
Read the related policy →15Can you keep my artwork private?
Yes. We use customer artwork only to quote, proof, produce, inspect, pack, ship and support the order. We do not publish identifiable artwork or finished products in marketing or social media without written permission.
Read the related policy →16Can one order contain several designs or products?
Yes, where the selected products support it. Products for the same address are normally shipped together after all items are finished, so the expected ship date follows the product with the longest production time. Customer-requested split shipments may require additional freight.
