Sample pricing
Samples are charged. Standard products may have a standard sample price; custom samples are priced according to the selected product, size, process, accessories, artwork and shipping destination. Sample charges are not automatically credited against a future production order unless a written quotation expressly says otherwise.

Sample production time
The following estimates cover factory production only. They begin after payment has been received and all artwork, specifications and any required proof have been confirmed. They do not include proof preparation, customer review, weekends, public holidays, shipping or customs clearance.
- Acrylic products: normally 5–7 business days.
- Stickers: normally 5–7 business days.
- Rhinestone transfers: normally 5–7 business days.
- Sewn or woven bags: normally 7–12 business days.
Complex construction, unusual materials, multiple versions or special packaging may require more time. The confirmed quotation or pro forma invoice controls if it states a different timeline.

What a sample approves
An approved physical sample is the highest-priority reference for the approved material, process, color intent, construction and finish. A later production run may still show normal manufacturing variation within the stated tolerances. A sample does not override a later written change to the order specification.

Shipping samples
Sample shipping is charged separately unless the quotation states otherwise. Delivery estimates begin when the carrier accepts the parcel and are not part of the sample production time.
