01Design guide

Prepare artwork that is ready to print.

  1. Double-sided design

    Same artwork on both sides is mirrored by default. Upload front and back separately when designs differ.

  2. Size information

    State finished size including the acrylic border, hardware hole and base, not only the printed artwork.

  3. Text in design

    Select different front and back artwork so lettering stays readable and is not mirrored.

  4. Default border width

    Our standard border is 2 mm. The editor draws the outline and hole around your artwork; check both in the preview.

  5. White outline / white border

    Keep white borders slightly wider near the edge to avoid a thin-looking finish on acrylic.

  6. Borderless charms

    Leave a 0.5 mm bleed filled with the background color; the editor draws the cut line around it.

  7. Gradient / semi-transparent layers

    Use CMYK artwork and clearly name special finishes or translucent areas. Place gradients and translucent effects on clearly named separate layers.

What files can I upload?

For products designed in our online editor, upload a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 20 MB; a transparent PNG cuts cleanest. Products sent for design review or a quote also take AI, PDF and PSD files.

Is there a minimum order?

Most products start at one piece per design, and designs of the same product with the same options add up to one quantity tier. The product page shows the price at every tier.

Will I see a proof before production?

Orders designed in the editor are made from the editor preview, with no separate proof, so check the size and the preview before you pay. Products we review are confirmed in that review, and bulk orders agreed by email get a formal proof where they need one.

How long do production and shipping take?

Production takes 7–12 business days after payment. We ship duties paid to 68 countries and regions, and the checkout shows the delivery time of each shipping option.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Report it on your order page within 30 days of delivery. Clear photos are enough for a print or quality defect; for transit damage or missing items, include the unboxing video. We reply within one business day and remake or refund the affected items.
