Design it online and pay at checkout, or send us a brief for bulk and OEM work. Here is what happens at each step, and how long it takes.
ORDERING ONLINE
Pick a product, then its size, material, finish and quantity. You see the price before anything goes in the cart, and acrylic products start from a single piece.
Browse productsUpload your artwork and place it. The preview shows the finished size, cut line and white ink, and automatic checks flag problems such as low resolution. We make what the preview shows, with no separate proof, so check spelling, size and colours before you pay.
Check your image sizeReview your designs, quantities, shipping and address, then pay with PayPal. The amount is held, not charged, until production starts, at the latest 3 days after you pay. If the factory cannot make the order, the hold is released.
Payment & production policyAcrylic and stickers take 7–12 business days after payment, canvas bags 12–20 business days after payment, in our own Wenzhou factory. Every piece is checked before packing, then shipped duties-paid with tracking.
Estimate shippingNOT IN THE EDITOR?
Rhinestone and gem transfers, enamel pins, wooden badges and other products the editor does not make: choose the specs and upload your design, and we reply within 1–3 business days with the price, minimum and sample price. Once approved, you pay and production starts.
Request a quoteLarger runs, custom packaging or a new product: we agree the specification and price with you by email, with a formal proof where the order needs one. Pay by PayPal or bank transfer.

A drawing, reference image, application or short commercial brief is enough for a general factory inquiry.
Yes. Standard or custom samples can be discussed before bulk production; the sample route and timing are confirmed in writing.
Products you design in our editor have no separate proof: the preview shows the finished size, cut line and white ink, and that is what we make. Products we review before you order are confirmed in that review. Bulk and OEM orders get a formal proof where the order needs one.
