What makes it differentThis product combines a custom printed acrylic top with an expandable adhesive phone-grip base. The artwork, finished diameter, base position and intended device surface therefore need to be reviewed as one assembly.
Check before productionCheck the circular cut line, clear border, white ink and transparent areas at actual size. Confirm the grip base is centered behind the acrylic top and state whether the adhesive will attach to a phone or a case.
Include in your briefSend the original artwork, select a 41 mm, 50.8 mm or 63.5 mm finished diameter, and state the quantity for each design. Include the intended phone or case surface and any retail packing requirements.

PHONE GRIP DESIGN GUIDE

Prepare the acrylic top and grip base as one product.

  1. Choose the finished diameter

    Select 41 mm, 50.8 mm or 63.5 mm. The measurement includes the clear border around the artwork.

  2. Keep key artwork inside the safe area

    Keep faces, logos and small text away from the circular edge so trimming does not make them look crowded.

  3. Separate print layers

    Use CMYK artwork and identify white ink and transparent areas on named layers. Add the requested cut line or leave a clear note for our designers to prepare it.

  4. Check the orientation

    The grip base sits centered behind the acrylic top; check which way the artwork faces in the editor preview.

  5. Describe the application surface

    Tell us which phone or case material the adhesive will attach to, especially when the surface is textured or coated.

Send AI, PDF, PSD or a transparent PNG. Vector or layered artwork is preferred; use CMYK at 300 DPI for raster files and keep white ink, transparency and cut-line notes on clearly named layers.

How is the finished diameter measured?

The listed diameter is the finished acrylic top, including any clear border. Choose 41 mm, 50.8 mm or 63.5 mm, then check the artwork at actual size in the editor preview before you order.

What does the editor preview show?

The live preview shows the finished outline, printed area, white ink and transparent areas, and automatic checks flag problems such as low resolution. There is no separate proof: production follows the preview and the specs on your order.

Will the adhesive suit every phone or case?

Adhesion depends on the surface material, texture and cleanliness. Tell us the intended device or case surface so compatibility can be reviewed; textured, coated or flexible surfaces may require testing.

Can I order several designs?

Yes. Name each artwork file clearly and state the quantity required for every design. We will confirm whether designs can share the same size and production setup before quoting.

How should the finished phone grip be packed?

Individual bags, backing cards and other retail packing can be agreed for bulk orders by email. Settle packing before production, because it can affect labels, assembly and shipping volume.
