Information we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:
- contact information, such as name, company, email, phone number and delivery address;
- inquiry and order information, such as products, specifications, quantities, target market, deadlines and correspondence;
- artwork, reference files, proofs, approval records and claim evidence;
- transaction records, payer details and payment status supplied by you or our payment institution; we do not need to store your online-banking password;
- logistics information, such as recipient, address, customs information, tracking and delivery status;
- the customs identification number some destinations require for duties-paid delivery, such as a CPF in Brazil or a personal customs code in South Korea, which goes to the carrier and customs for that shipment;
- account information, such as your email address, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), saved addresses and saved designs;
- reviews you publish, shown with your first initial and last name; and
- technical website information, such as IP address, device, browser, pages visited and cookie data as described below.

How we use information
We use personal information to:
- review inquiries and production feasibility;
- prepare quotations and pro forma invoices;
- create proofs, manufacture, inspect, pack and ship orders;
- process and reconcile payments;
- communicate about orders, delivery and after-sales claims;
- prevent fraud, protect the website and maintain business records;
- comply with tax, accounting, customs and other legal requirements; and
- send marketing only where permitted and with the choices required by applicable law.

Artwork confidentiality
Customer artwork and identifiable finished-product images are used only for the order and related support unless the customer gives written permission for another use. We do not publish customer artwork or identifiable products in marketing, portfolios or social media without that permission.

International processing
Because custom manufacturing and international delivery involve providers in more than one country, information may be processed outside the country where the customer is located. We use reasonable contractual, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and service.

Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to quote, fulfil and support orders, enable repeat production where requested, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal record obligations. Customers should retain their original artwork and approval records; Glintmade does not promise indefinite file storage.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and limit access to people and providers who need the information for their work. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices
Subject to applicable law and record obligations, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw a marketing choice. Email info@glintmade.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
