How the estimate works

  1. Weight. The finished size, thickness or finish and the quantity set the piece weight; packaging is added once per parcel.
  2. Carrier rate. The weight and destination are priced with the duties-paid express lines the factory ships with, so the rate already includes import duties, VAT or GST and clearance.
  3. Tiers. Services are grouped by transit time into Fast (about 4–12 days after dispatch), Standard (8–17) and Economy where available. A slower tier is listed only when it is at least $1 cheaper. You choose one at checkout.
  4. Production first. Transit starts after production: acrylic products 7–12 business days after payment, stickers 7–12 business days after payment, canvas bags 12–20 business days after payment.

Shipping questions

What does "duties paid" (DDP) include?

The shipping price covers freight, import duties, import taxes such as VAT or GST, and customs clearance for the parcel, so the recipient is not asked to pay import charges on delivery. It applies to all 68 destinations offered at checkout.

Is the estimate the final shipping price?

It is the live carrier rate for the weight the selected product and quantity would produce, including packaging. The checkout prices your actual cart with the same rates, and the confirmed total on the order includes that shipping charge. Shipping is never charged separately on delivery.

When does transit time start?

Transit time starts when the carrier accepts the parcel, after production. Production normally takes 7–12 business days after payment for acrylic products, 7–12 business days after payment for stickers and 12–20 business days after payment for canvas bags. Weekends, holidays and customs inspection are not included.

Why does Australia or Malaysia ask for a postal code?

The carrier only returns its dedicated duties-paid services for those destinations once it knows the postal code. Without one it would fall back to postal channels we do not offer.

My country is not in the list. Can you still ship?

Yes, by written quotation. Contact us with the destination, product and quantity and we will quote a service and the agreed Incoterm. PO boxes, parcel lockers and military addresses are not supported.

How is the parcel weight estimated?

From the product family, the finished size, thickness or finish, and the quantity, plus packaging. Finished acrylic pieces are weighed in production, and the order is re-priced with the carrier at checkout, so the estimate and the order agree.
