Choosing custom custom acrylic badges: what to decide before you order
Decide the finish before the artwork: clear acrylic keeps the silhouette leading, glitter and rainbow make the material itself part of the design, glow-in-the-dark adds a night layer, and cold-foil or foil-stamped accents catch the light. Then fix the finished diameter or longest edge, the backing (pin, clutch or magnet) and whether the badge is a full-bleed circle or a cut shape. Acrylic badges are designed in the online editor: the preview shows the finished size, outline, white ink and finish, and production follows that preview with no separate proof.

What files can I upload?
For products designed in our online editor, upload a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 20 MB; a transparent PNG cuts cleanest. Products sent for design review or a quote also take AI, PDF and PSD files.
Is there a minimum order?
Most products start at one piece per design, and designs of the same product with the same options add up to one quantity tier. The product page shows the price at every tier.
Will I see a proof before production?
Orders designed in the editor are made from the editor preview, with no separate proof, so check the size and the preview before you pay. Products we review are confirmed in that review, and bulk orders agreed by email get a formal proof where they need one.
How long do production and shipping take?
Production takes 7–12 business days after payment. We ship duties paid to 68 countries and regions, and the checkout shows the delivery time of each shipping option.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Report it on your order page within 30 days of delivery. Clear photos are enough for a print or quality defect; for transit damage or missing items, include the unboxing video. We reply within one business day and remake or refund the affected items.
