HOW TO CHOOSE
Choosing custom posters & art prints: what to decide before you order
Start from the finished sheet size and how the print will be displayed: standard A4, A3 and A2 trims fit stock frames, while 50 × 70 cm and custom sizes suit exhibition walls and event backdrops. Paper weight, surface and any cold-foil area change how color and fine lines read, so choose them with the artwork rather than after it. Choose the size, paper stock and quantity on the product page, then place the artwork in the online editor: the preview shows the trim, bleed and finish, automatic checks flag low resolution, and printing follows that preview with no separate proof.
- Choose a standard trim or a custom sheet size
- Match paper weight and surface to the artwork
- Prepare bleed and keep text inside the safe margin
- Confirm foil areas, quantity and flat or rolled packing
| Format | Choose it when | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Standard trim (A4 / A3 / A2) | The print should drop into a stock frame | Trim size, bleed and margin |
| Large format (50 × 70 cm and up) | Walls, booths and event displays | Resolution at final size and rolled packing |
| Cold-foil print | Metallic accents are part of the design | Foil mask, registration and contrast |
Posters & Art Prints questions answered by the factory
What files can I upload?
For products designed in our online editor, upload a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 20 MB; a transparent PNG cuts cleanest. Products sent for design review or a quote also take AI, PDF and PSD files.
Is there a minimum order?
Most products start at one piece per design, and designs of the same product with the same options add up to one quantity tier. The product page shows the price at every tier.
Will I see a proof before production?
Orders designed in the editor are made from the editor preview, with no separate proof, so check the size and the preview before you pay. Products we review are confirmed in that review, and bulk orders agreed by email get a formal proof where they need one.
How long do production and shipping take?
Production takes 7–12 business days after payment. We ship duties paid to 68 countries and regions, and the checkout shows the delivery time of each shipping option.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Report it on your order page within 30 days of delivery. Clear photos are enough for a print or quality defect; for transit damage or missing items, include the unboxing video. We reply within one business day and remake or refund the affected items.
