Choosing custom t-shirts: what to decide before you order
Pick the construction from how the artwork sits on the body: an all-over print covers the whole garment on a quick-dry fabric, while a cotton crew neck carries a placed front or back print. Sizes, fabric tone and print method change how color reads, so confirm the artwork against the garment template rather than a flat rectangle. Choose the style, size run and quantity on the product page and place the artwork on the garment in the online editor; the preview shows print size and placement, and production follows it with no separate proof.

What files can I upload?
For products designed in our online editor, upload a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 20 MB; a transparent PNG cuts cleanest. Products sent for design review or a quote also take AI, PDF and PSD files.
Is there a minimum order?
Most products start at one piece per design, and designs of the same product with the same options add up to one quantity tier. The product page shows the price at every tier.
Will I see a proof before production?
Orders designed in the editor are made from the editor preview, with no separate proof, so check the size and the preview before you pay. Products we review are confirmed in that review, and bulk orders agreed by email get a formal proof where they need one.
How long do production and shipping take?
Production takes 7–12 business days after payment. We ship duties paid to 68 countries and regions, and the checkout shows the delivery time of each shipping option.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Report it on your order page within 30 days of delivery. Clear photos are enough for a print or quality defect; for transit damage or missing items, include the unboxing video. We reply within one business day and remake or refund the affected items.
