ECCC 2027 dates, location and public hours
ECCC is scheduled for Thursday, March 4 through Sunday, March 7, 2027 at the Seattle Convention Center's Summit and Arch buildings.
The official FAQ currently lists general show hours of 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Sunday. Feature and program hours can differ.
03
Ticket status
The official ticket page says ECCC 2027 tickets are on sale and that the event is moving to a badge-less entry system. Prices and availability can change by tier.
Buy only through the organizer's authorized flow and read the current delivery, transfer and accessibility information before checkout.
Read the entry instructions for the ticket you actually buy. Keep the confirmation accessible and check what the organizer asks you to use on arrival. If you are arranging tickets for others, make sure everyone understands the current instructions rather than relying on the process from an earlier ECCC. Ask the organizer about any unresolved account or access question before travel.
04
ECCC 2027 guest announcement status
The official guest page says 2027 guests will be announced in the future. Names or schedules from ECCC 2026 are not confirmation for 2027.
When the lineup begins, verify whether a guest appears all days or only on selected dates and whether an autograph, photo op or panel needs a separate purchase or reservation.
05
Artist Alley application information
The official artists-and-creators page lists October 29, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time as the Artist Alley application deadline. Follow its application link for the current requirements.
Do not confuse an application with acceptance. Keep your submission record and organizer correspondence separate from a provisional product plan, and check the relevant program’s own rules instead of transferring terms from another opportunity.
Put the deadline in a calendar with the Pacific Time label intact. Keep a copy of the submitted material and a note of the confirmation you receive. A personal reminder should happen early enough to resolve missing information, but it should not be confused with a promise that submitting sooner changes the selection outcome.

06
Planning notes for creators and small brands
Choose inventory from your own relevant evidence and risk limit. Event size alone does not establish demand for a particular artist, product or price.
Separate display samples from saleable stock and record quantities by design. Leave time to receive, inspect and organize the actual order before travel.
Make the proposed assortment understandable before ordering: design IDs, product roles, quantities and packing. Mark which items depend on new samples or unfinished artwork. Once participation is confirmed, review those dependencies against the required arrival date. A finished illustration and a finished sellable item represent different stages of readiness.
07
Plan movement as well as scheduled activities
Use the current event map when arranging activities across the Summit and Arch buildings. Group nearby priorities where possible and leave space for the actual movement between them. A list of consecutive start times does not account for leaving a room, finding the next location or waiting to enter. Keep the plan adjustable until the organizer publishes the relevant program information.
Agree how your group will reconnect if people choose different activities. Keep the ticket or entry instructions available and check any access needs directly with the organizer. Do not rely on a previous-year map or a screenshot from another attendee as proof of the current arrangement. Save the link to the official information as well as your own notes.
For an artist, the movement plan also includes the practical work around the table. Keep personal attendance plans separate from setup and other instructions attached to an accepted space. Make sure whoever helps with the table understands the actual organizer requirements and the inventory record. This guide helps organize those questions; it does not grant access or establish load-in arrangements.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are the event dates the same as all program hours?
No. The show dates identify the event period. Check the current schedule for the particular activity and leave time for movement and entry.
Does a general ticket guarantee a guest meeting?
Check the organizer’s current information for that appearance. Guest attendance, appearance day, access and any separate purchase are different facts.
Does an Artist Alley application reserve a table?
Do not treat submission as acceptance. Follow the organizer’s decision and current participation instructions before planning around a confirmed space.
Which time zone should I use for an application deadline?
Keep the time zone shown by the organizer and convert it carefully for your own calendar. The official deadline controls, not a locally saved reminder.
Can Glintmade confirm my event registration or table?
No. Contact the organizer for participation and access. Glintmade can review a merchandise brief with products, artwork, quantities, destination and a required arrival date.
