Glintmade vs Vograce vs Wooacry: which custom acrylic supplier fits your merch?

Who each of them is

Vograce is a Shopify storefront with a very wide custom-merchandise catalogue: acrylic keychains, pins and standees, stickers, cards, plush, apparel, home goods and packaging, plus an active blog, design guides, free print tools and localised stores in German, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. Wooacry is a print-on-demand platform: more than 600 products, an online Product Creator with live mockups, a Discord community of around 50,000 creators, a tester program and seller storefronts, all self-serve from one piece. Glintmade is a manufacturer in Wenzhou that sells direct from its own production: a focused catalogue of acrylic, stickers, badges, prints and canvas bags, a proofing team on every order, an online editor for acrylic, and duties-paid shipping priced live at checkout.

The difference in model explains most of the differences below. A platform optimises for self-serve volume: low entry prices, an editor, community. A factory optimises for a confirmed specification: a human draws the cut line, the proof is mandatory, and anything off the menu is a conversation rather than a dead end.

Minimums and prices

All three take one piece on acrylic keychains. Entry prices as listed on 2 October 2026: Wooacry $1.87 for its 3 cm clear keychain (tiers to 56% off at 500, shared across designs of the same size and clasp); Vograce $2.97 for its clear acrylic keychain; Glintmade $2.99 for a 64 mm clear keychain, $1.91 at ten, $1.41 at fifty, $1.35 at a hundred and $1.11 at a thousand, with epoxy, rainbow, magnetic and shaker finishes on their own ladders. Compare at the size and quantity you will actually order: the one-piece figures are for different sizes.

Payment differs: Wooacry and Vograce charge at checkout like any store; Glintmade charges nothing at order time and takes payment (PayPal, card through PayPal or bank transfer) after the proof confirms the price. For a creator that means the price you pay is the price on the proof, including any construction change the artwork review found.

Production time, shipping and duties

Published production windows: Wooacry 5–7 workdays; Vograce 7–10 business days excluding proofing; Glintmade 7–12 business days after proof approval and payment. Add transit to all three. Wooacry states that 95% of parcels arrive within 15 days and offers tariff-free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada plus DDP to the EU. Vograce advertises up to six shipping options with tariff-free support for the United States, United Kingdom and Mexico and 95% delivery within two weeks.

Glintmade ships duties paid to all 68 countries and regions offered at checkout, priced live by weight and destination with Fast (about 4–12 days), Standard (8–17) and Economy tiers. On 2 October 2026 a single keychain to the United States was $4.70 standard or $5.79 fast; fifty keychains $15.36 or $25.09; one keychain to the UK $3.10, Germany $4.17, Japan $3.03. The practical difference is coverage: with Glintmade the duties are inside the price for every one of the 68 destinations, not for a short list.

Proofs, artwork checks and after-sales

Glintmade sends a formal digital proof on every order: finished size, cut contour, hole and clasp position, print sides and white-ink coverage, before production starts. Vograce's keychain page states that proofs or cut lines are provided for orders of more than five keychains or with special requirements, with smaller orders arranged directly; it offers free file optimisation and a 60-day after-sales guarantee. Wooacry's flow is the online editor and its preview, with reviews, a Q&A tab and design specifications on the product page; artwork is accepted as RGB files.

On claims, Glintmade covers visible defects, wrong items, shortages and transit damage reported within seven days and latent manufacturing defects within 60 days, with remake or refund; Vograce publishes a 60-day service guarantee; Wooacry publishes a delivery guarantee (return if the parcel is damaged or lost). All three state that uploaded artwork is used only for production and not sold; Vograce and Wooacry both state they reject AI-generated artwork.

Catalogue, content and community

If one order has to contain keychains, stickers, pins, a plush and a standee, Vograce's catalogue and Wooacry's 600+ products both cover it; Glintmade's catalogue is narrower and centred on acrylic, stickers, badges, prints and bags. For guidance, Vograce publishes design guides per product family, a large FAQ and free tools; Glintmade publishes a Journal of production guides, a per-family FAQ and a shipping calculator; Wooacry publishes little guidance and relies on its community and reviews.

On social proof the order is clear: Wooacry shows 26,979 verified-purchase reviews on its site and a Discord of around 50,000 creators; Vograce has more than a thousand Trustpilot reviews at 4.9; Glintmade's review program is new and its numbers are small. If you choose by the crowd, you choose a platform. If you choose by who answers your email about a non-standard hole position, you choose the factory.

Which one for which order

First test of one design, lowest cost, happy to use an editor: Wooacry. A mixed merchandise box or a store in German, French, Japanese, Portuguese or Spanish: Vograce. A convention run of fifty to a few hundred pieces where the cut line, the back layer and the duties all need to be settled before production, or a brand program that will reorder from an approved spec: Glintmade.
