How much do custom acrylic keychains cost in 2026?

Glint presenting a price ladder for custom acrylic keychains from $2.99 to under $1

Keychain pricing is a ladder, not a single number: the same clear acrylic charm costs about three dollars as a one-off and well under a dollar and a half in a batch of fifty. This guide shows Glintmade's reference ladder for each finish, what moves the price, what duties-paid shipping adds, and a worked budget for a typical convention run.

The quick answer

At Glintmade a 64 mm (2.5 in) clear acrylic keychain is $2.99 for one piece, $1.91 each for 10, $1.41 for 50, $1.35 for 100, $1.26 for 500 and $1.11 for 1,000. Epoxy and rainbow finishes start around $3.90, shaker keychains around $5.70. Duties-paid shipping for a single keychain to the United States is about $4.70 (standard) to $5.79 (fast); fifty keychains ship for about $15 to $25. Prices are October 2026 reference prices and are confirmed on the proof.

The price ladder: what one keychain costs at each quantity

Every Glintmade product page shows a reference price ladder for the selected configuration. For a 64 mm clear acrylic keychain the ladder runs from $2.99 at one piece to $0.84 at 5,000; the biggest steps are between 1 and 10 pieces (setup and handling are spread over more units) and between 10 and 50 (the print sheet fills up). Above 100 pieces the curve flattens, and the deepest tiers reward brand programs rather than individual creators.

Special finishes shift the whole ladder up by a fixed amount rather than changing its shape: epoxy and rainbow add about a dollar at the one-piece end and roughly 30 to 40 cents at 100; shaker keychains, which are a two-layer assembly with loose inserts, roughly double the clear price; magnetic keychains are two matched pieces and price accordingly. The table below is the October 2026 ladder for the most ordered finishes.

What moves the price up or down

Size is the first driver: the ladder is quoted for the longest finished edge, and a larger piece uses more acrylic and more print area. Finish is the second, as the table shows. Print sides matter less than people expect: double-sided same design is included in the clear price, and double-sided different designs need a separate back file rather than a surcharge. Accessories (chain, clasp, carabiner, phone strap) are chosen per piece on the product page and priced with it.

Quantity is counted per design. Fifty pieces of one design sit at the 50 tier; five designs at ten pieces each sit at the 10 tier for each design, because each design is its own print and cut job. If you are testing several characters, order the whole set once as samples and then reorder the ones that sell at the deeper tier. An exact repeat order can skip proofing and go straight to production.

  • Longest finished edge sets the base
  • Finish adds a fixed step: clear < rainbow / epoxy < magnetic < shaker
  • Quantity tiers apply per design, not per order
  • Double-sided same design is included

What duties-paid shipping adds

Glintmade ships duties paid to 68 countries: the shipping price covers freight, import duties, VAT or GST and customs clearance, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. The cost depends on the parcel weight and the destination, and it is shown live at checkout and in the shipping calculator. A single 64 mm keychain weighs about 44 g packed; fifty weigh about 730 g.

On 2 October 2026 the calculator returned the following for clear 64 mm keychains: one piece to the United States $4.70 standard (10–14 days) or $5.79 fast (4–12 days); ten pieces $6.75 or $8.73; fifty pieces $15.36 or $25.09. One piece to the United Kingdom $3.10, Germany $4.17, Japan $3.03, Australia $3.61, Canada $4.19. Because the carrier prices by weight band, the per-piece shipping cost falls quickly with quantity: 31 cents each at fifty pieces versus $4.70 for a single sample.

A worked budget: fifty keychains for a convention table

Take one character design, 64 mm clear acrylic, double-sided same design, fifty pieces, shipped standard to the United States. Pieces: 50 × $1.41 = $70.50. Shipping, duties paid: $15.36. Total $85.86, or $1.72 per keychain delivered. At a typical convention price of $8 to $12 per keychain, the first eight to eleven sales cover the batch. Switching to rainbow acrylic raises the piece cost to $1.88 and the total to about $109; the shaker version at $3.47 per piece lands near $189.

Sampling first changes the math only slightly: a single sample of the same design costs $2.99 plus $4.70 shipping, and the follow-up batch is priced at the 50 tier regardless. For five characters at ten pieces each, budget 50 × $1.91 = $95.50 for the pieces (the 10 tier applies to each design) plus about $15 shipping; the per-design flexibility costs around 50 cents a piece compared with one design at fifty.

How Glintmade's prices compare with other suppliers

Prices in this category cluster. As listed on their own sites on 2 October 2026: Wooacry's clear acrylic keychain starts at $1.87 for its smallest 3 cm size at one piece, with tiered discounts to $0.82 at 500; Vograce lists its clear acrylic keychain at $2.97 with a minimum of one piece; ZoArtix lists clear acrylic keychains from $1.88. Glintmade's $2.99 is for a 64 mm piece, so compare like for like: the smallest sizes on any site are the cheapest line in the table, and the differences narrow at fifty and a hundred pieces.

What separates the quotes is what sits around the price: whether a proof is included on every order (Glintmade: yes), whether import duties are included in the shipping (Glintmade: yes, for all 68 destinations; Vograce and Wooacry offer tariff-free services for selected countries), and the production window (Glintmade 7–12 business days; Vograce states 7–10 business days excluding proofing; Wooacry states 5–7 workdays). The supplier comparison goes through those side by side.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order for acrylic keychains?

No. Acrylic keychains, charms and standees can be ordered from one piece per design. Stickers start at ten per design and sewn goods are quoted after construction review.

Does the price include a proof?

Yes. Every order receives a formal digital proof after artwork review, and production starts only after you approve it in writing. There is no separate proofing fee.

Are import duties included in the shipping price?

Yes, for all 68 destinations offered at checkout. The shipping price covers freight, import duties, VAT or GST and customs clearance.

Do different designs share a quantity discount?

Quantity tiers apply per design, because each design is its own print and cut job. Five designs at ten pieces each are priced at the 10 tier for each design.

When do I pay?

Nothing is charged when you place the order. The factory confirms the price on the proof; you approve it and pay by PayPal, card through PayPal or bank transfer, and production starts the next business day.

Will the price change after I order?

The product page shows a reference ladder. The confirmed total on the proof is the price you pay; if the artwork review changes the construction (for example a full-bleed piece instead of a bordered one), the factory tells you before you approve.
